Eligibility & Timeframe
You can return eligible items within 30 days of your original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be:

In brand-new, unused condition.

In their original, undamaged packaging.

Not mounted or installed on a vehicle.

Please note that once a wheel has been mounted with a tire, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@wheelzDepot.com. with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Your RMA: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Ship the Items: Carefully package the wheels in their original boxes and ship them to the address we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Restocking Fee
Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns to cover our costs for handling, inspection, and repackaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@wheelzDepot.com. within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, covering all associated costs.
